LIFESTYLE, Monday, April 13 – My Cheese Pie (It’s Almost a Quiche)

It’s super super easy.

Pie crust (I use premade), 2 cups of shredded cheese (I used marbled cheddar and Havarti), 3 eggs, 3/4 whole milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix together put in pie crust and bake at 425 for about 25 minutes or until the top is golden crispy

It’s more cheese and less eggs and cream than a quiche so its a bit denser in texture but I like it that way.
